Very eighties, broad shouldered, vintage, midcalf length dress, designed by Frank Usher. Black contrast piping, black and blue waistband and black shoulder yoke.
A-symmetrical fly front. Long puff bishop sleeves with folded back cuffs.
Ingenious overlapping pleat in sleeve over seam in armhole. To wear with wrap band.
