1. Prices

-All prices mentioned on the webside are fixed retail prices and billed in Euro"s and inclusive VAT/BTW according to Dutch law.
-Please note; We can not be held responsible for additional custums/import fees/ taxes or expenses otherwise, that might apply in your country.

2. Confirmation

-Once you have made your order, you will receive a confirmation by email including invoice.
-If the ordered products are not in stock, SHOWROOM41 will contact you as soon as possible and refund of payments will be made on your account within 7 working days.

3. Warranty

-While we have tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

-SHOWROOM41 Vintage products are pre_owned. Therefore it is not unusual to see some signs of previous use, but we feel that this all adds to the character of our unique pieces.
  We will provide descriptions of any notable areas of damage alongside the listed product and if you have concerns and wish to see more detailed photos please get in touch before you make your purchase.

-Vintage: Classically well-made, embodying the high style of a past era, representative of the best. 
  Vintage clothing and accessories has been pre-owned or previously worn, and may have typical vintage characteristics from care, time and being worn. Look for items classified as Mint Condition if looking for a near perfect piece.

-SHOWROOM41 cannot warrant that the content of the site is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors.

-SHOWROOM41 may at any time change the content of the site.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Items will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt.
• The stated delivery period within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
• We do combine shipping
• Unless otherwise set forth herein or agreed to by SHOWROOM41, shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the Customer and are not refundable.
• Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

  5. Payment methods;

  -You will notice that PayPal is our preferred payment method, this is because it offers buyer and seller protection and is instant, meaning we are able to process your order quickly. However, you do not need a PayPal account to use this   service; simply enter your info and PayPal will   do the rest for you. The goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full .

  -Ideal payments are also possible (the Netherlands)
  
  -Should you encounter a question you need answering before placing an order please contact us and we'll usually get back to you within the same day (when there is no time zone involved)
  -Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
  -Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button, you have made a binding offer for the sale of goods.

• 6. Returns;

• -If you are not satisfied with your purchase from showroom41 and you would like a refund you must contact us by email, stating the order number and the reason for returning the order within 3 days of receipt of your order.

  -It should be noted that we can’t be held responsible for damage or loss that takes place once we have dispatched your items to you.
  -SHOWROOM41 and L.I.O.N.E. products are produced with the highest standards. We personally stand by our products and quality. Defected or damage product should be returned and SHOWROOM41 will return your payment.
    Defects and/or damages MUST be report to us within fourteen (14) days from the receipt date.

• IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT:
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN
  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE RECEIVED
  • ITEMS ARE NOT IN A SALEABLE CONDITION
• -We reserve the right to refuse a refund where we feel that the damage has happened since the item has been in your ownership as we dispatch our items in exactly the condition that they are described and photographed on SHOWROOM41 website.
• -Where a refund is appropriate, we will process the item's price back to you, after receiving the refund, usually within 7 days, however we cannot refund postage costs.

•   Your information will not be passed on to others without your permission.
  -The laws of the Netherlands apply to all closed purchase and sales agreements.

  -SHOWROOM41 will keep all rights to cancel orders in case of exceptional circumstances concerning; SHOWROOM41, third parties or services.

  -No agreement can be created without your agreement of these terms and conditions.

  -By placing an order at SHOWROOM41 webshop the customer accepts the terms and conditions.
